Find your Iron Silence

I am a Urologist, dedicating most of my time to the operating room. I also enjoy gym workouts and jogging. 

The purpose of my introduction is that during surgeries and while at the gym or running, I observed something unusual. I can conduct surgeries for 10 hours at a time without feeling fatigued, and I can spend hours working out in the gym without any issues. The reason is that these two activities led me into a state of solitude, where everything else is on hold for me and nothing else counts. In these moments, my mind experiences total tranquility, akin to a meditative state, free from stray thoughts. These actions instill discipline in me, enhance my strength, and provide a feeling of direction. 

In this rapidly moving world filled with chaos, every person requires inner tranquility for at least a few hours. Discover the activities you enjoy that bring you inner calm and joy. Some individuals may experience this silence while lifting weights (Iron silence), others in gardening (Garden silence), some in playing games like cricket or badminton (Game silence), and some while reading books, among various other activities. 

So friends, take a moment and discover that quietude. I guarantee you that it will not let you down.
