Once you cross Forty: Rules to follow

Once we cross forty, we have completed ⅔ of active life if we consider retirement age as 60 years. Your body will no longer be the same as previous and going to show aging effects.

 So, do we need to change something?

Yes, definitely and it will make your life meaningful and peaceful.

So, I am giving you some points to consideration.

  1. Health is wealth: Nothing else will matter if your health is lacking, so taking care of your health is the first and foremost thing.
  2. Choose your food wisely: Your metabolism and gut health will not be same as previous after forty, so choose healthier food options 
  3. Give time to your family: Your kids are growing and parents are getting older, so give adequate time to them. Your partner is also aging with you, so motivate him/her for a healthy lifestyle.
  4. Count things which really matter: You have limited time, so do things which really matter to you.
  5. Peace is paramount: There is no point in arguing on small matters to disturb your mental peace.
  6. Friends forever: Having few quality friends at this stage  will make your life joyful.
  7. Complete your bucket list: This is the time to do things which you always wanted to do in your life.
  8. Travel and explore the world

So buddy, this is the time, start enjoying life.
