Ten Morning Rituals: The ideal start of a day is key to success 

Have you ever noticed, that all successful persons are following some fixed patterns to create an impactful morning. The morning will decide how well you are going to spend the rest of the day.

I am giving you some suggestions that will definitely improve your morning and rest of the day.

  1. Wake up early: 
  • Try to wake up early as it will provide you a few extra hours to do something for yourself before going for your routine work.
  • Don’t worry if you are not able to wake up early due to personal reasons or due to profession, you can even follow these whenever you wake up.
  1. Start your day with positive affirmations and prayer
  • The subconscious mind is most active within half an hour of waking up. You should use this powerful tool by applying positive affirmations and prayer to shape your life as you want it. I assure you that it is one of the best ways to start your day and it will really reshape your future.

  1. Wash your face
  • After rising from bed, wash your face with lukewarm water to freshen up. 
  • Don’t use too hot or too cold water.
  1. Maintain your oral hygiene
  • Brush your teeth and clean your tongue 
  1. Drink 1 or 2 glasses of lukewarm water
  • This will hydrate you and clean up your gut system. You can add a small amount of lemon juice and/or honey to boost up your metabolism.
  1. Healthy snacks before coffee/Tea
  • It is our habit to start our day with coffee or tea, but this habit may upset your digestive system as tea/coffee are acidic in nature. As in morning the empty stomach is pouring a lot of acid and is ready to digest whatever nutritious thing you are offering it. You can start your day with overnight soaked nuts giving you a nutritious start to the day. After that, have your delicious coffee/tea.
  1. Exercise/ physical activity 
  • Do some physical activity for 30-60 minutes to prepare your body for daily grinding.
  • Remember, consistency is the key. Do whatever physical activity you like even if you are having 10 minutes, but do it daily or at least 5 times a week.
  • Do meditation for 5 to 10 minutes. Don’t worry if you don’t know meditation, you can sit silently for a few minutes while concentrating  on your breath. 
  1. Take a good breakfast
  • Take a nutritious breakfast containing adequate energy and protein to fuel your body for the day.
  1. Plan your day
  • Write down your to-do list for the day.
  1. Hug your family members before leaving home
  • Say a warm goodbye to your family members and shower love on your partner/kids before going to your work.

Now, the champion is ready for a wonderful day ahead.
